Who do I call about my monthly direct debit payments?

If you need to contact your credit provider we recommend you contact them via the following channels: 

If your policy has a start date before 18th June 2026: 

Your credit provider is Close Brothers. You can register for a customer account with them. You'll then be able to manage your monthly payments online. To register you'll need your customer ID, which has been emailed to you. Don't worry if you can't find it, you can request for it to be resent here

If you've already registered, click here to log in. 

By logging on you can change your payment date, change your bank details, check your payments and any arrears you may have.

If your policy starts on or after 18th June 2026: 

Your credit provider is PremFina Ltd. Please visit PremFina's website here where you can manage your payments online and access their live chat for support.
