If you need to changs your direct debit details, you'll need to contact your credit provider.
If your policy has a start date before 18th June 2026:
Your credit provider is Close Brothers. You can register for a customer account with them. You'll then be able to manage your monthly payments online. To register you'll need your customer ID, which has been emailed to you. Don't worry if you can't find it, you can request for it to be resent here.

By logging on you can change your payment date, change your bank details, check your payments and any arrears you may have.

Your credit provider is PremFina Ltd. The fastest and most secure way to update your bank details is via the PremFina request form which can be found here.
