If you haven’t opted out of automatic renewals either when you purchased your policy with us or throughout the policy year, your policy will automatically renew. Don’t worry – we’ll send you a renewal invite in plenty of time before your renewal due date, so you know your renewal price and can decide whether you’re happy to renew. If you decide not to renew after you’ve received your invite, you just need to call us on 01733 300017 to cancel your renewal. Please note, we’ll apply for payment two days before your renewal date if you’re paying for your renewal in full, or one day before if you’re paying by instalments to ensure you have continuous insurance cover in place, so make sure to let us know before this point if you don’t want to renew to avoid any money coming out of your account.
