Administration fee for Cancellation

Why we charge it

To cover the costs of administering changes processed by our customer service teams. We won’t collect or refund any amounts under £1 when making amendments or alterations to your policy.

Please Note: Effective from 16th June 2025, a £27 admin fee will apply if changes are made through our contact centre, however a reduced fee of £15 will apply if the changes are made online. 

If your policy began prior to 16th June 2025, you will not be affected by this change until your next renewal.

To If your policy is cancelled and you owe any monies relating to either premium, interest charges or administration fees, a debt collection agency may be appointed to recover this debt.
