Why haven’t I received any documents from you?

Darwin is an internet based company, so all of our communications and documents will be sent to you electronically. Once you’ve taken up your policy, you’ll receive an email asking you to register for your Online Account. In order to do this, you’ll need your policy number, which can be found in the email we sent you when you first purchased your policy. Once you’ve signed up for your Online Account, you can access all documentation relevant to your policy and make changes to your policy without incurring an administration fee. Most of our correspondence with you will be through email, so it’s important that you have regular access so that you can check your email account regularly.
